Real Friendship is a Priceless Gift

The four women embraced each other warmly, sharing gifts and kind words with genuine joy. They had been friends since high school, and despite living in different cities, they consistently prioritized celebrating the holidays together. This year, they had booked a charming airbnb, adorned with cheerful lights and a fireplace.

They had many reasons to feel grateful, even though they encountered difficulties in their lives. Asher and Magi were greatly impacted by the inflation, forcing them to make significant adjustments to their spending and lifestyle. But they always prioritized their friendship above financial considerations. They understood the importance of meaningful connections and the joy that comes from celebrating with a genuine tribe.

They exchanged tales of their accomplishments and challenges, their aspirations and anxieties, their moments of happiness, and their moments of sadness. They provided mutual support, encouragement, and inspiration to one another. They raised their glasses, celebrating their well-being, joy, and achievements. They enjoyed singing gospel jamz playing games, and watching movies. They experienced the embrace of love, the sense of belonging, and the happiness of gratitude.

They came to the realization that they had a wealth of resources. It was never about longetivity, or familiarity, or comfortability. They had each other, and that was sufficient. They were rich in spirit, and that was priceless. Just a reminder that we don't need lots of friends, we just need a few covenant friends we can be vulnerable with even as we share happy moments.

Have you experienced priceless moments in your firenships?
